Kelly has called the Ozarks home his entire life.  Kelly was born and raised in the Missouri Ozarks where he married his high school sweetheart. He and his wife Amy have four daughters, one son, three sons-in-law, three grandsons and a granddaughter.  Well over a decade ago, a ministry opportunity moved Kelly and his family to the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, and his love for the area and its people has only intensified.

Kelly grew up on a beef cattle farm, worked on a dairy farm and spent his summers in the hay fields.  He has a strong background in construction, excavation, and land and property management.  Additionally, Kelly enjoys hunting and fishing and has spent a great deal of time on the lakes, streams, hills and hollers of the Ozarks. His extensive experience in various aspects of real estate have continued to cultivate a love for the properties and possibilities of the Central Ozarks.

Amie is a lifelong resident of Searcy County. She graduated from Marshall High School and currently lives with her husband and two children in the Canaan community. Amie has been a Realtor for approximately eleven years. She and her husband Rob own a cattle farm and Rob also works in construction. Leo Gatton grew up in rural Texas and fell in love with the open spaces and nature surrounding his upbringing. He and his wife Libby enjoy traveling to Boston, MA, Huntsville, AL, and Fort Worth, TX to visit their four grandchildren.

Leo was first licensed to sell real estate in Santa Fe, NM in the late 1970's. Those mountain experiences and his love for canoeing and kayaking has driven him to live in the rural Arkansas Ozarks.

Timothy LeBlanc Sales Associate

I am originally from New Orleans, LA and during my career, I have worked in several different industries.  This has allowed me to acquire a wide range of knowledge.  Right out of college, I began work as an engineering designer.  I designed Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing and sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and military applications for 15 years.  During this, I also studied Accounting and began to work as an Accountant for a manufacturing firm.  I then found a position with a national tax preparation company where I spent 17 years overseeing tax professionals and franchisees.  

During this time, I was transferred to Northern Louisiana, Central Mississippi and finally to Arkansas.  I lived in Conway however my territory encompassed the entire state.  As the number of offices expanded the company split my territory in half.  I chose to keep the Northern half of the state, where I proceeded to double the number of locations again.

Life always throws a few surprises and I found myself relocating back to South Louisiana to take care of my aging parents.  During this time my wife and I started and operated a successful battery and light bulb business for over 10 years.  After COVID we faced another change coming our way.  We decided to sell our business and move back to Arkansas to be closer to our daughter, son-in-law and grandson.  This time we decided to move to the Ozarks.  We fell in love with this area when we first moved to Arkansas.  What a better way to see and experience the area and the people than to call Oxley home.
