John Carr grew up in the Mississippi Delta working on the cotton and soybean plantations. He and his wife Mary Ann have two daughters and four grandchildren. John has been in the real estate business since 1994. After graduating from Mississippi State University in 1969 with a BS in Forestry, he spent many years working as a forester and in timber management. His experience in forestry allows John to specialize in timberland for sale in Arkansas. Since moving to the Arkansas Ozarks, John has enjoyed working in real estate, both in residential and land sales. John is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and loves to sell hunting property, recreational property and farms and ranches for sale in the Ozarks of Arkansas. Kelly Johnson Broker/Owner

Kelly has called the Ozarks home his entire life.  Kelly was born and raised in the Missouri Ozarks where he married his high school sweetheart. He and his wife Amy have four daughters, one son, two sons-in-law, two grandsons and a granddaughter.  Over ten years ago, a ministry opportunity moved Kelly and his family to the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, and his love for the area and its people has only intensified.

Kelly grew up on a beef cattle farm, worked on a dairy farm and spent his summers in the hay fields.  He has a strong background in construction, excavation, and land and property management.  Additionally, Kelly enjoys hunting and fishing and has spent a great deal of time on the lakes, streams, hills and hollers of the Ozarks. His extensive experience in various aspects of real estate have continued to cultivate a love for the properties and possibilities of the Central Ozarks.
